Had a faulty remote, thankfully without being thrown off my board. Because it’s pretty rare that these go faulty we had to Diagnose some things. At a distance, through whatsapp+e-mail, Frédéric was straightaway trying to help me find the problem and we tried some Troubleshooting..
Frédéric did not hesitate to send a new remote when the diagnoses were pointing this way, swift and resolute acting!
Very quick handling as usual with UPS.
