they charged my card 6 days ago but did not provide order number and confirmation. no info at all.

FRAUDULENT You can't get your money back even when they don't have and can't get the item you bought. STAY AWAY BUY FROM A REPUTABLE BUSSNES.
They don't even know what customer service stands for. Very long or no reply to calls, chats, and emails. Now I'm working on getting a refund. NEVER DO BUSHES WITH THIS PLACE.

I went with this company because they had really competitive prices and a quick timeline to receive the bikes. They did not have two of the bikes I ordered but emailed me right away with options. Any questions that I had or concerns I sent an email to them and was answered back by the end of the day. I received all three of my bikes in eight days. I have been happy with the product and the service that I received from this company.

Very untrustworthy company. Ordered $5000+ bike supposedly in stock, my Visa charged immediately, and 10 days later had not received shipping info. After three attempts to contact them by e mail and telephone, they informed me the product I ordered and paid for was not available. As of today, they still claim to have seven in stock. The best they can do is offer a two month wait.

Update 4/27/20: After two requests to cancel the order and issue a refund, I was informed 4/15 that a refund had been issued, and to expect 3-5 days for it to post to my credit card account. On 4/23 I still had not received the refund. I sent an email to the company asking them to verify a refund had been processed, and contacted my credit card company. Visa informed me that no refund had been issued and, after hearing the story, began a dispute claim, and gave me a provisional credit. The fact that Electricbikepros claimed to have a product in stock that would ship quickly, charge for the product immediately, not verify stock on hand and follow through on shipping prior to charging, and not issuing an immediate refund, takes them from untrustworthy to fraudulent.

not sure this is even a legitimate company. I placed an order > 2 weeks ago and they insist that they have stock of the item but has yet to ship it out or provide a solid estimate for delivery date. Also their website lists at least 3 different locations for their office and their 48 hr sale has been ongoing since i placed my order. Their customer support is unreachable through the channels they provide (no telephone, no chat, emails sporadically). Buyer beware.

Update:
I received my order a couple of days after I posted this review. The company could’ve done way better in estimating the delivery and or provided more information regarding the status of my order to prevent the perception I built with them being not so forthcoming with information.
