Amateurs!
The website was developed by kindergartners! I never received the order confirmation via email or the tracking information. The chat window was useless since my valid email address was not accepted, and the text code sent to my mobile number did not work. After numerous emails with them, I discovered the batteries were not shipped until five days after the order was placed. So, I ordered directly from Dogtra and those batteries will arrive sooner.
