Electrboiler website mentioned next day delivery. Its been 4 days not received the boiler. No hot water at home. Cant trace the package with Post NL. Tried calling their phone number no one pick. And I get a survey request to share feedback. Any surprises?

Quality products, fast delivery, and fair prices. Highly recommended.

I would like to recommend the Electra Boiler, as it is competitively priced. However, please be aware that delivery and installation may take some time, and there is big big room for improvement in communication from their side. The installation process is little slow but once done it is neat and tidy.

Good service with low prices but long delivery time. You need to be prepared that item arrive but way to later than normally from other online stores

This company has sent them several emails with no response, and has also sent them online chats on their website with no response. They never reply to messages and only sell things, nothing else.

Product is good but the person who installed the boiler is not very helpful. I am not questioning on his work. But he never come on time and he is never available he left my work in middle due to him I have to bring another plumber yo fix the leaks. That is why giving 2 stars. But other persons are very helpful and product is also working fine.

The boiler was installed on the time scheduled, fast and everything is working as expected!

The delivery and installation is bad, the plastic part was broken and they didn’t replace it, the kalk filter they didn’t install it and never heard again

Wrong model delivered.
Order a version with wifi, the one delivered was without.
To make things worse, no one told me in advanced, and I found it after delivery.
I got a refund, but the whole experience feels like they never had the wifi model in stock, and I was tricked to buy it.

Good product, fast and good installation.

Unfortunately, I wasn't that lucky with the order I placed. After waiting around 2 weeks for delivery I send an e-mail to customer service about "when I can expect my order and installation" - they couldn't give any date to me :( while the product is still available on their website as available in stock. I had to cancel the order and place a new one via another website. Wasting so much time for nothing.
