I am thrilled with the piece I ordered! It demands attention in the room and absolutely love it! Shipment was amazing it was secured in a wooden box to prevent any damage! Love this piece and will definitely order again from this gallery!

I purchased a painting , but was not happy with it . Customer service , however was excellent and gave me a few options because they wanted to be sure that I was happy. They offered to re- do the painting at no charge. If I did not want to go with this option , they even offered me a refund of $150.00 and a 40% coupon to use for a future purchase. I thought this was very helpful . Thank you Eleanos Gallery for your great customer service!

So many things made our experience great! Excellent customer service, prompt answers to emails; the ability to review the painting and make requests; timely delivery (before it was expected); quality packaging and wonderful artistry.

I was hesitant to buy from Eleanos, but based on reviews, I took a chance. I am so glad I did. While it took a bit longer than I expected, what I received is spectacular! Very nicely packaged, and once it was sent, it arrived quickly. I especially like that they send you a picture of the finished art for your approval first. Would not hesitate to buy from them again. I bought a very large, oversized art piece from them.

The level of service provided was exceptional… they sent pictures prior to shipping… the shipping materials used to ensure the pictures were not damaged… I will order more… white glove service!

This is the first time I ordered from from Eleanos Gallery and was a little hesitate, but I definitely made the right decision. I am so happy with the paintings, they are absolutely beautiful and the quality of the paintings are exceptional. They were very good in keeping me informed through my email and arrived within two weeks in a wood crate that included hanging items and even white gloves. I give them more than five stars!

I'm very happy with my purchase. The artist did a fabulous job and the care that went into the packaging was amazing. Their customer service department responsed quickly and were so helpful throughout the process. I'll definitely be purchasing art from them again.

Once I finally picked one piece of artwork that I liked (so may to choose from !) I placed the order. I was notified about everything. There was no guesswork. When the artwork was completed ,they sent a picture of it to you, to make sure you are satisfied with the end product. Then shipped it , with notifications advising when the product left , when it should arrive etc. The artwork is more beautiful in person than in the pictures. Sooo very happy with this purchase. Already looking to see which piece I am going to order next !
