Very disappointed with the service
Very disappointed with the service – do not recommend.
I ordered a bed and mattress from Enza Wonen Rotterdam in February 2025 (factuur 20250119). When it was delivered in May, the bed arrived with a damaged frame, and two panels were stained during installation.
I reported the issue to manager immediately. The manager promised that the parts would be replaced and even sent me a photo of the order slip. However, it's now been over three months, and I still haven't received a confirmed replacement date.
Despite several follow-ups, I’ve only received vague answers and no real progress. This is not the level of service you expect after making a large purchase.
Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.
