I had a very disappointing experience…

I had a very disappointing experience with Ekster. I raised a return request within the valid return window, and their team explicitly confirmed that my product was eligible.

Instead of processing the return, I was offered a 25% refund to keep the item. When I declined and asked them to proceed with the return as per their own policy, they completely stopped responding.

Multiple follow-ups have gone unanswered.

This behavior raises serious concerns about how Ekster handles returns—agreeing initially, then avoiding responsibility when a customer insists on a proper resolution.

If you’re considering buying from Ekster, be cautious. The product may look appealing, but the post-purchase support experience can be frustrating and unreliable.

My personal experience

I got one of their wallets and shortly after getting it the paint scratched. I have no idea how it happened but I contacted them and they responded SO fast. They obviously care about their customer base and their wallets are strong dependable and sleek. Highly recommend.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience dealing with Ekster’s customer support. When I attempted to return a wallet, the process was incredibly slow, and communication was almost impossible. Their support is run by an AI assistant, which made it really difficult to get a clear answer. I was left waiting for a long time, until I finally had to threaten them with consumer rights before I got any response. After all that, they did refund my money, but without any prior notice, they deducted 9 euros as a return fee. I expected much better service from a company like this, and I won’t be purchasing from them again.

Placed an order on March 1

Placed an order on March 1, and not only have I not received my order, they have no idea where it is. I’m located in Canada and place a lot of orders out of the US, and this has by far been my worst experience.
First and last time I order from Ekster.

Continue: Nothing but lies. Never received any emails regarding this review.

I love my wallet

I love my wallet. I really don’t like regular wallets because they’re too big and bulky so this wallet is perfect for me. I’ve had it for about four years now but recently the mechanism broke so I contacted customer support showed them that it was no longer working and they’re sending me a replacement no questions asked easiest warranty claim ever.

what can I say...another company happy to take your money

what can I say...another company willing to take your money, but when something is not right all you get is radio silence. I have been trying very hard to return my order. Many emails sent not much returned that is of any use.

Ekster Truly Stands Behind Their Products

Bought an Ekster wallet in 2024 and recently reached out because a couple of my cards were sliding out. Their warranty team replied quickly and immediately offered a replacement, no hassle at all.

I asked if I could switch to a different model that was actually cheaper, and Juli from their team went above and beyond. She sent the one I requested and also upgraded me to the Pro version of the wallet I originally had, completely free.

Both arrived the next day.

Genuinely impressed with the level of customer service. Fast, kind, and way more generous than I expected. Big thanks to Juli and the Ekster team.

Customer service was insanely…

Customer service was insanely accommodating. I've been using the Ekster wallet since 2020 and recently purchased the Finder Card. I had an issue with my order and they responded to the email within 24 hours. They listened and assisted me with my issues and solved the problem immediately. Special thanks to Paola!

Dishonest customer service. Updated: they just made it worse

Dishonest customer service. They have a 100-day return policy but it's impossible to initiate a return. At least if you're in the United States. The customer support email refers you to a different group who never responds. In the end, unable to return the wallet. And they do not respond except for one format email.

Note multiple robi responses here. They did email and wantede to publish my phone number. Not gonna do that. You have my email for order lookup. I have received multiple responses so they can satisfy their "responded to customer" quota but there is never an RMA nor refund location provided. TEN emails, FB messages and trust pilot. Still unable to return per their policy.

I bought a money clip from this company…

I bought a money clip from this company and I didn’t even open the package and I want to return it and it’s been over a week and I haven’t heard anything from them as far as labels to return the item. I wrote several emails to them with no response. This is a horrible company. I wouldn’t recommend it to anybody.
