no hassle refund is not true
I called and asked if seats that I am purchasing were OEM and the agent replied yes. When I received I went to a vendor who eplained that these were not and they did not even properly fit. I called and asked for a refund and was sarcastically advised that oops I purchased the special fit and not eligible for a refund. I asked to speak to someone higher and they said theu would transfer but only hung up on me.

Front seat covers fit great back not so much
Front seat covers fit great. The rears were harder to fit. And after installing made access to the fold down seat cumbersome and the covers would have constantly adjusted

The quality of materials and construction are very good. We did however have a strap tear out of where it was sewn.
There were absolutely no instructions on how to install. You tube videos were general and for the most part did not apply to our covers

Seat covers were delivered on time and…
Seat covers were delivered on time and in good condition. Quality of seat covers is very good. However, both the included instructions and the video link instructions were for a Toyota RAV 4, and I have a Subaru Outback. The installation was similar but there were some differences that took a needless amount of time to figure out. Video makes the process look easy but it definitely wasn't very easy to install the covers. Better instructions would have been appreciated.

Seats look great, for leatherette it has alot of grip doesnt slide like oem even after wiping down. Headrests dont fit and holes for headrest posts didn't align.

The cover is made of good material but…
The cover is made of good material but the headrest straps don't have enough play to go over the headrest even with the straps out as far as they will go. The cover also won't stay tucked under the seat.

Great product, install takes time
Seat cover quality is excellent. I personally had trouble with the zippers as they tended to get stuck and come apart. I installed on an 2018 Audi Q7, which needed a couple of extra steps. Install takes time and patience.
