I recently placed an order from this store and I’m extremely satisfied with the entire experience. I have to admit, I was a bit nervous at first since I live in Sweden and the company is based in Germany. However, everything went incredibly smoothly from start to finish.

The ordering process was simple, delivery was fast, and the communication was clear and professional. Overall, it turned out to be a very easy and reliable experience. I would definitely recommend this store to others, even if you’re ordering from another country.

Not worth it

Ordered goods to Austria. The website claimed 2-3 days delivery, but the first shipment took 2 working weeks. The second shipment never arrived at all; they claimed we weren't home, which was a lie. No notice from the courier, no email notification. The package was moved to a pickup point 40 km away from my home. Ekosport's response? I should track it myself on the courier's website.
​Communication via email is difficult—you wait days for every reply and get only evasive answers. In the end, I had to buy significantly more expensive clothes in a local shop. Despite their failure to meet the delivery deadline, my request for a return at their expense was rejected. The prices might be okay, but the customer experience is miserable. It’s not worth the hassle. I do not recommend them.

Hi there,
- I like that there are pictures of item
- Details of the product
- Support of bindings that can be adjusted from the shop
- I do NOT like that there are no a chart for example. That help to select "what ski length you need". Like it show information - depends on your level, weight, height, type of ski etc.
