Picked up a couple of things from Ekosport recently. Checkout was quick and I had a few payment options to choose from. The packaging was a bit excessive for what I ordered. No regrets, would come back.

Ekosport and DPD delivered my order to the wrong city and wrong address. It was signed by a completely different person with a different ID. GPS data confirms this.

Despite clear proof on day 1 that I never received the parcel, ekosport refuses to refund me until they recover the money from DPD. That is not the customer’s responsibility. Under EU law, the seller remains liable until delivery to the customer.

It has now been two months. I have signed three separate documents at their request, yet no refund has been issued.

Making the customer carry the financial risk for their logistics failure is unacceptable. I will not order from this company again.

I bought skis because the website says 2-3 days delivery. I was going on an ski trip 5 days after I made the purchase and the skis did not arrive on time. I emailed them to return the skis and they went radio silent. I haven't been able to get them to reply to me yet

Strongly negative. Delivery date: un dia de estos. I purchased lot of staff on 29th Nov amongst 4 orders, 2 of them delivered after claim calls to infolinia, oher 2 orders(more important) in standby for 1 week. I called several times, sent 2 claims via offcial channel, no answer. Is 10th Dec and I see my orders "in progress". On customer call centre they say me that "email has been sent " and thats all. I am not able neither to canclel my order nor obtain delivery date. In 3 days we go to SN later for Christmas, nobvody will be home. If they bring the orders , will deposit it somewhere, I wonder how I will return it later, when return to Seville. By the way, dont trust on their size calculator, I checked trousers for my daughter, 172cm tall, 52 kg , and gave result 34 . Obviously 34 is ok, but for my younger daughter, 10 years old. To resume: spanish distributor is a disaster, dont even bother to purchase. Offer is good, but probably is better purchase from french e-shop

Good price. Good and quick delivery. Product exactly as described.

I ordered white Salomon sports glasses with blue lenses, exactly as described on their website. However, I received white glasses with red lenses, which is not the same product.

When I contacted customer service, they refused to admit the mistake, claiming that “the lenses change color in the sunlight” — which is absolutely not true for this model.

They only offered me the option to return the item as if I had simply changed my mind, not because they sent the wrong product. That means I get a partial refund and have to pay expensive return shipping costs, even though the error was clearly theirs.

In short, wrong item sent, unhelpful customer service, and unfair return policy. I won’t be buying from Ekosport again and do not recommend this store to anyone expecting professional after-sales service.

The logistic data was messy - the link did not work and on the eko website the order was noted as completed a day prior to delivery of the goods / goods are good, hence the rating.

- It’s impossible to login in the website most of the time using Google. It just gets stuck, refreshes and you need to try again and again.

- When you return something using their own system, scanning the qr code, you don’t receive any feedback or confirmation, so you’re unable to know whether your package has been lost or in what’s stage it’s in.

- Packaging when you get the item is just a plastic bag, no proper envelope.

Everything is great. perfect ski set at good price.

Was told conflicting information by eko sports and their delivery company. When I asked the customer service rep at eko sports to identify themselves, they refused to give me their name. Super unprofessional to not identify yourself to a customer. They also send automatic replies and copy/paste responses instead of addressing tour concern. I don’t know how a company can have a customer service department that can refuse to provide their name to the customer.

They didn't want to cancel my order even though I sent a cancellation request (wrong size) hours before the order status changed to 'shipped' and it wasn't possible to cancel then. I was forced to pay for the shipping back and forth (lost 50 EUR since it was shipped outside mainland) and I am yet awaiting refund on my returned , unused product. I am raising this with the Ombudsman.

Overall great experience, easy to navigate, find most of the items i was looking for at competitive prices, and customize them to my needs (bought skies and got bindings installed according to my specifications). Yet, the website does not work flawlessly, the basket does not update easily once changes are made, and items available in stock were no longer available at the time of checking out without further notice.

I had an extremely poor experience ordering from the Ekosport website. I ordered a garmin venu 2 plus After 1 week the item had not shipped. I contacted customer service and was abrasively told to be patient. An hour later I received another email saying the item was no longer in stock and I would be refunded. The refund has not come through and the watch is still listed as available on their website. Terrible experience from start to finish.

The experience was perfect. The order was delivered in less than 48h and in perfect state.
