Ekosport illegally charges all shipment costs for returns
I had to return the shoes I bought on the Ekosport website because they unexpectedly were too large. So, I returned them all new and unworn. To my surprise, I not only had to pay for the return shipment, but also for the transaction costs (?) and the original shipment costs.
So I ended up losing 17 € for nothing. That is illegal; online sellers must refund all payments received, including delivery costs. I protested, but was told all that is in the small print I should have read…
Will never buy there again.

Very nice parka for the cold winter
Very nice parka for the cold winter. It feels good quality and the sizing is perfect for me (large size for 188cm). Normally I don't pay this amount for a jacket, but with the reduction it's worth to buy it.

No refund after 21 days and counting!
I had a disappointing experience shopping on Ekosport.
Although their prices are good, and they offer a broad selection of products, they failed to process my refund even though it has been 21 days since they received the product. They do not respond to my emails. Despite quick delivery, the complete lack of contact makes it hard to recommend this store.
Overall, my experience with Ekosport.be was unsatisfactory and left me feeling frustrated. Hope I will get my money back at some point...

Ekosport after service is terrible.
Bought Nidecker tracer snowboard boots in januari, The heel-lock lace snapped on first use and i needed after service support. Now it is oktober.. 9 MONTHS LATER, I have returned my product several times and they still have not repaired a simple malfunction. On last repair issue ekosport lied about sending the product to NiDecker for repair, product came back still not repaired. Decided to contact NiDecker and repair distributor they confirmed that they never received my boots for repair nor was there every a spare part requested. NiDecker also confirmed that the repairs are done incorrect and with the wrong spare parts.
After everything ekosport tried to get me to do the repair somewhere else.
Ekosport is a French based webshop with websites all over europe. The .nl version of the website is completely Dutch, however contact is only in french or poor english.
Ekosport might have cheap outlet prices but it is a complete sh*tshow of a company.
Definitely do NOT buy products from their webshop
