I've ordered once from Ekopyro. The delivery was really fast and I received updates of where the package was at during the delivery progress every time. Once arrived, I realised 3 of 6 products were missing. I contacted their Costumer Service and was told that they were out of stock and they would refund the amount of the missing content. The amount has been refunded to me within a week. I can't give 5 stars since products were missing, but the quick and effective costumer service made up to it. I recommend this online shop if you're looking for cheap firework.

Bought from ekopyro.ee and first of all the information line doesn't even know my country's language and neither English only Russian and thats already laughable don't expand into countries when you don't even have 1 person that knows the countrys language but anyways bought about 2 months ago should've arrived mont ago but still nothing the last time I ordered everything was fine and now still waiting so yeah if u can't even find someone that knows the countrys language or at least English then maybe change some staff

we recommend to buy in advance, not in last minute because at the end of the years delivery companies can be late due to huge amount of packages for Christmas and New Year's Eve. It is not really mistake on our side as our storage worked and sent packages normally.
