Arrived in great shape. Chill bag works well. We had the seabass ravioli, instructions were easy to follow - the dish looked fabulous, and tasted even better.

First time trying Ekook, well pleased the size of the single meals and the taste is absolutely lovely. Vary comparable with eating out for sure - loved the meals I bought !!!
Also delivered on day requested in excellent packaging with 'ice packs' very impressed. I would recommend these very highly.

The problem I have is getting the…
The problem I have is getting the sauces out of the bag looked like I left a lot in side and messy job.
So I won’t be buying sauces again till you have improved it shame because the taste was great. Have thought of glass or plastic containers?

First time ordering EKook meals - easy to order from a good selection of meals...delivered as promised, very well packaged.
Cooking instructions were easy to follow, very simple...the food was tasty and tasted fresh. Portion size could be a little larger for the price of each meal.
