People were calling at 8pm on a Saturday when they were home thinking about their energy bill and ready to talk. We had nothing set up for that. Turns out there were a lot of those calls happening that we never knew about.

So as a fence installer in my area my site gets good views and i also get alot of calls so the best thing is the call routing which i use for my workers whenever i'm not on available the ai calls them which is fantastic.

The ai voice they offer is really good it does not sound robotic like how walmart or like these other big companies use not sure which they use but it sounds really bad, most people hang up cause of that reason so its a plus for our team its honestly really good the fact that it handles the chat on the website and calls that come in is crazy. Where do you even hire real people to do both at the same time? Instead of having to hire two different team members one to handle chat and calls this does it for you using ai which in my opinion ai rarely makes mistakes like humans.

Them being a small tech business i have to say that their attention towards me being a client has been very attentive. We started working with them recently and already have more bookings we used Ruby before but its just a hassle working with them better to work with a team who knows your industry than those giants who take days to respond for a simple question.

Great company no complaints it really helps as a solar rep with my own website it does the job. They have the option for set up fee which they do it for you the price is a bit high but under one sale you'll get the money back so its a win plus its a cheaper monthly payment which is better

So i do pressure washing and im always on the job so i get peace of mind knowing that it captures leads and books appointment which awesome for me cause im not a tech person so i cannot be on the website or calendar all day so they send sms of a lead or appointment i follow up

Super clean system. Calls get handled, leads come in organized, and I get notified right away. It’s simple but powerful. If you run a service business, this is honestly a no-brainer.
