I placed an order on January 29th. Payment was processed. It is March 2nd and my item has still not shipped. I emailed the company to cancel the order and they will not. They keep offering me a 30% refund and a 50% refund. I declined because the product hasn’t even been shipped. This is an unethical company who, in my opinion, have stolen money from me. Beware - please do not order anything from this company.

Placed an order and no product dispatched. No response from EIR.
Used them in the past with satisfactory service. They are no longer reliable in my opinion.

My order has been confirmed on 1st of December. As of today, order status has not changed, I have asked for update vía chat and website contact us window number of times and no communication from the company. Extremely dissapointing customer service

* On 5th of January they advised my order will be reshipped and they will provide me with the tracking number. I have chased for the number of times and as of 27/01 not received the order or tracking number or my money back!

I haven't actually been able to try the products but their customer service is excellent. They are prompt to help and flexible with the solutions they can offer. Mike was especially helpful and kind. I would be very happy to order their products and try them again

Extremely good product.
Ive used no. 6 many times and recently no. 12 as it is more earthy which I absolutely love. 6 is okay if you don't like the earthy taste. It really helps with anxiety. Product quality, packaging, delivery all top notch.

I have an immune system disorder (MCAS) and Eir oil makes THE BIGGEST DIFFERENCE of any brand of oil I have tried (I learned CBD oil is an immune system regulator!) I can absolutely tell the difference in my symptoms using this brand. Not only is this life changing medicine, but since I'll need to be using relatively large doses daily, I asked them for a discount to keep this affordable for me long term, and they agreed!!! So kind and helpful!!! Thank you for making such a big difference for me, Eir!!!!

I have been buying products for nearly 2 years now and the quality has always been excellent. Lately however the company has been unresponsive to messages online and via email. The site says delivery with DPD when it actually is Yodel. It takes anywhere from 7-14 days for Yodel to actually deliver. The old site had the option of different shipping and couriers. Please bring back these options Yodel is truly awful to deal with!

I tried n6 and n15 and I think that the latter was all right. Unfortunately, each time I bought a bottle, I had to literally cut the plastic seal with a knife as it wouldn't open properly. Also, on a personal note, I will not buy Polish products as this country has shown loud and clear what they think about people like me so I will buy somewhere else.

no30 during the day and no10 SLEEP before bed THE BEST SET FOR ME

I am using No. 30 before sleep for quite some time. I sleep better and have less tiring dreams. I also feel calmer in the daytime.

Price is quite big, I admit, but they have some nice special offers which reduces the price considerably.

Everything is always packed reliably, I didn't have any issue regarding shipping.

Sometimes, when using the oils, bottle stopper breaks and leaks a bit, but it happens rarely.

To sum up - it works nicely for me and I can recommend these oils for sure.

I bought CBD oil no.15 for general stress and anxiety. I also have chronic back issues after an injury 20 years ago, but this was not in my mind when I researched and ordered the product.

Within a few hours of trying the product for the first time, I picked my daughter up and realised I didn’t feel any pain. The back pain that has been a background “thing” to varying levels for most of my adult life was 90% reduced.

I have to stress, I did not purchase this product for pain relief, nor was I even particularly aware that people used it for this.

A week later, I forgot to take the CBD for a day and the back pain returned. It’s honestly a night and day difference.

So did the product help for stress/anxiety? Well, I definitely feel better mentally - but was that because of the CBD directly or was it because the constant back pain had gone? I can’t say. All I know is that for my back pain it’s been an incredible (accidental) success, and I think this product is amazing.

I have used no.10 a couple of times now (as well as no.30) and I think it works pretty well! It helps me to relax and unwind in the evening. CBD has become an essential part in maintaining an emotional balance for me.

Definitely worth the money, purchased NO. 10 multiple times to help with sleep. It definitely helps to soothe the mind and calm any pre-bed anxiety. Delivery time and customer service is also great

This is not a promotional review but to share my experience with the company. Where i have had issues with my orders, the customer service has been excellent (100%). Eir customer service team responded on the same day and offered suggestive solutions to any issues i have had. The product is still the best for me out there on the market. I use it for anxiety/fatigue and insomia ( No 9 and No 10). My life is back on track thanks to these two products.

I have been using Eir Health regularly since Feb 2022. I use ~300mg of full spectrum, sublingually per day. It's a lot but presently it's the only significant pain relief I'm getting for fibromyalgia and TMJ.

The pricing (though expensive) is significantly cheaper than the other respected brands. This will be appreciated by many, but to help a lot more people the industry (not Eir health specifically) needs to keep innovating to one day make CBD an option for the majority.

The only reason for not giving 5 stars is I have had trouble with 3 orders recently leaking (it has been fine the previous 6+ months prior to this). However, I'm pleased to report this issue has now been addressed.
