My order was never received from the shipping company. I made contact with Chloe from support, who was very polite and helpful. She offered to replace the order and I agreed. After several weeks the order again was not received from the shipping company. Chloe offered to refund the purchase and I agreed. After another several weeks, the refund has not been received. I tried reaching out to Chloe and she will no longer respond to my emails. This process has taken over 8 months. I paid for a product that I did not receive, did not receive the promised refund, and now support (Chloe) has stopped responding to my emails. I tried reaching her using a different email and she answered the first one but after being told that it was me, she quit responding again.

I recieved an item (box in great condition) but was not the item I purchased. I emailed and with a quick response- was told unfortunately the one I paid for was sold out and offered me to choose another. However, I only need one so I did request for a refund and was offered a percentage refund. I had asked for a return label to send item back not wanting to waste it- I’m sure it’s great quality, just a style no one here is interested in. With kind answer, it was going to cost a lot, was offered a 60% refund. For being so responsive, understanding, and trying to work with me seemingly all angles, I appreciate this person so much!
