Christina hat mir sehr geholfen verschieden Ängst zu transformieren und auch teilweise bewusst zu werden. Besonders war die Atemtechnik die sie mit mir durchgeführt, welche sehr viel bei mir ausgelöst hat, im positiven Sinn 😊. Bei Christina fühle ich mich so gut aufgehoben und kann sie nur empfehlen. Sie ist ein ganz liebe 🤗 und macht wirklich gute Arbeit!
