Eilago is a total fraud and a scammer. The authorities in Bahrain should shut them down...my refund never came...kept telling me it will come and then after weeks of following up, they said its a technical glitch and then they blame payment gateway problem...finally they offered alternate ticket to me instead of money refund ...and when i agreed, they told me they cannot issue any tickets. I have to wait 15-20 days! Always Answering Payment under process from finance dpt . in the end stop answering messages even

I have to wait 15-20 days! This outfit is run by Pakistanis in Bahrain and someone should make them pay for cheating customers !

I am not stratified this flight booking web Site so i not recommended to others.

Guys beware! Eilago is a total scam and I don't know why they are featured online. They don't book any real ticket, they only take your money and email you that they will refund your money due to technical difficulties which prevented the booking from going through. They will then play you and keep postponing the refund date until you give up. I booked a ticket on 21-06-2022 and today is 25-12-2022 and here I am with neither the ticket nor the refund, I was promised a refund within 7-15 days and I have been following up since. I tried disputing the transaction later but my bank said it was already over 3 months so it will not be successful.
Don't waste your money guys.. Avoid this fraudulent company!
I lost AED1293.07 and they hang me up whenever I call them and complain.
God will surely punish them and karma will locate them as well.

Once you confirm all your info they double the initial purchase price !!

Extremely poor customer service and it feels like the call centre is run from someone's home. They often disconnect the calls if they cannot answer. Try calling using a different number and they will answer. I had to reschedule the flight and I could not get through their number for 3 days. Please dont use them.
