low spread, but have had in many occasions problem with withdrawal : delays, money returned back etc; lack of detail about withdrawal transaction. it's ashamed, i used to like their platform; I found better.

PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Be careful confirming promotion terms and conditions, lest your account is cancelled.
I deposited money into an Eightcap account.
Then a cash back was promoted to me, encouraging depositing more money and trading more lots. I opted in and was confirmed opted in.
After reading the cash back terms and conditions, I queried how anyone or any trades could qualify for any cash back.
Eightcap evaded answering, then told me I wasn't eligible (wasn't in anymore), then told me they were going to close my account in accordance with their client agreement clause 17.1 "Your Trading Account(s) may be closed and all agreements and transactions between you and Eightcap may be terminated for any reason by us, by giving five (5) Business Days’ written notice to the other party."
They dont like customers quering misleading terms and conditions.
The did refund my deposit.

Scammers - Don’t Recommend -
Scammers. I deposited €42,4k over a year and 3 days ago I deposited €1350. In 3 days I made €410 profit and I requested a withdrawal of €1760 using Visa/Mastercard option.
They refunded the initial deposit of €1350 and the rest of €410 they told me to make another request and I did using the same method “Visa/Mastercard” and they decided to choose their own method via Bank Transfer just to rip me of €20 for fees when the initial method of withdrawal was Visa/Mastercard.
This is the last time when I use this scammer platform, just to rip their clients of fees.
