I had two trades in gold which both…

I had two trades in gold which both closed at exactly de same hour hitting their take profit. But When I see the profit made I see they have different closing prices. The difference between is 224 pips, nonsense, When they both close at the same hour, minute and seconds. So I lost 4k in a trade regardless of hitting take profit (It has the Green Mark)

This is the biggest scam I've seen so far in any broker.

Even within one week

Even within one week, I still do not have an account. It is still being reviewed. Even when I was creating the account, I encountered so many error message. The worst experience with creating an account that I have ever had.

Based on my experience comparing your…

Based on my experience comparing your platform with other brokers I currently use, I would like to highlight two major issues:
​1. Platform Stability
On the days I traded, your platform was unstable compared to my other broker, which remained consistent and functional during the same market conditions. For a trader, platform reliability is non-negotiable.
​2. Withdrawal Process and Notifications
Your withdrawal system needs significant improvement:
​Lack of Communication: There is no notification (such as an email) confirming when a withdrawal has been successfully processed.
​Slow Processing Times: It takes a very long time for funds to reach my bank account.
​Comparison to Competitors: With my other brokers, withdrawals are instant, and I receive immediate email confirmation.
​The lack of transparency regarding when funds will arrive creates unnecessary stress. I am not accustomed to this level of delay or the absence of status updates. I strongly suggest you implement a tracking system or automated notifications to provide clarity on the expected arrival time of funds.

I traded with Eightcap for an extended…

I traded with Eightcap for an extended period and experienced repeated stop-loss triggers on XAUUSD that did not align with broader market pricing or comparable feeds. These stop-outs often occurred during volatile periods with significant spread expansion, leading to substantial losses.

In total, I have lost over USD 100,000, and while I fully understand market risk, my concern is specifically around execution quality, spread behavior, and transparency rather than normal trading losses.

I have raised this formally with support and requested a detailed review of trade execution and pricing methodology. How this is handled will determine whether I continue trading with Eightcap or move my capital elsewhere.

Traders considering Eightcap should pay close attention to gold trading conditions, spreads during volatility, and stop-loss execution, especially on leveraged instruments like XAUUSD.

They dont give PAYOUTS, Even if profits meet requirements.

I bought a simple 5$, 2xdaytrader challenge, Account no : 11101122486, And I made 164$ profits on XAUUSD, And now the support team mentions profits per asset is fixed at 40$. So they Just REMOVED the $164.28 worth of profits, And hence I can't get an payout, For now lets ignore the obsolete fact that this has nothing to do with risk management, But I recieve no Rules and regulations through mail, And even the challenges dashboard on which rules were mentioned is not directly available I have to get it through support staff. And when I read the rule, I know its going to be a reason to deny my payout, which for a fact is just 10$.

Overall a good broker

Overall a good broker. I recommend it. Good trading conditions.
One improvement, though, would be the possibility of creating a live account instantly, without having to wait a few hours for a representative to activate it for you.

The Most Fraudulent and annoying broker…

The Most Fraudulent and annoying broker I have ever met since my year of experience in trading. They purposefully refuse to pay you, asking for a lot of document and even after sending them, they still won't have your withdrawal processed. They want you to trade with the money and lose it all.

I have used many brokers, and KYC is always before deposit, but here they will wait till you want to make a withdrawal and ask you for KYC, and keep rejecting it just because they don't want to pay you out, so that you can lose it all to trading. Beware of the fraudulent broker guys.

After requesting a withdrawal since last week, even after providing all the documents they asked for, they still refuse to pay out. If you want a broker who pays without questioning and fast, this is not the broker for you; you're gonna be frustrated. I wish there were a rating lower than 1 star.
