Time wasters. Made two appointments, both no shows. They have told us that they don't think it's worth serving our area (Glasgow - a major city!)

Booked me in for an EPC. The surveyor didn't show up. Rebooked. Again, the surveyor didn't show up. Called ehouse up to find out what was happening and they told me they had cancelled my appointment as they don't serve my area, despite having booked me in twice! Absolutely dismal service. Would not recommend at all.
I have had three appointments in a row cancelled now on the day.
Lady came out to do floorplan and EPC she got all the measurements competely wrong and missed out the carport attached to the garage! They sent out someone else to have another go the totals were still wrong. I then measured the whole house myself despite paying the fees, sent this across to them 3 days ago and am still waiting for the revised drawing. If I could give a minus star I would. DO NOT RECOMMEND
They take payment in advance before photographing. First photographing appointment was cancelled a few hours before photographer was due.
Second appointment was made and no one turned up. No contact at all to let me know the appointment was not going to be kept.
I left 3 ansaphone messages and 2 e mails and 2 texts trying to find out what was going on. No reply to any of these. I have just got of the phone and was told no managers were available to speak to me and no customer service people were available.
