they dont respond when asked when the order will ship but after asking to cancel the order they waited 2 days, told me no, then created the shipping label on the 3rd day and tell me i have to pay return shipping and 20% restock fee when it shouldve been canceled before they even created the shipping label 2 days later.

Best Airsoft & toygun shop ever. Reliable service,fast shipping, good prices and discounts, a wide choice of articles. What more could you ask for?

1. Devise shipped without rechargeable battery and information about that is not enlighten.
2. Battery has very specific size and I can not buy it locally.
3. Fast response on my request about a battery.
4. Charger was not shipped along with device.

I bought two Holosun red dots from this company, totaling approximately $800.

They received the money but didn't ship the product. I had to file a dispute with PayPal. They lied and said they would issue a voluntary refund, but they didn't. I contacted them the next day. They informed me that I should wait until PayPal's 30-day deadline, which would be the time they would have to respond to my complaint.

I found this absurd. I had purchased the products and paid in advance. Their obligation was to fulfill the deliveries and avoid causing any inconvenience.

I do not recommend them; they have no professional commitment to the customer.

I utilize e-commerce for purchases, ensure timely delivery, and execute tasks with speed and precision.

My choice when ordering from outside the E.U.. A wonderful experience. Very good prices and shipping fees. The only disappointment is the carrier.

Hello, I'll try to make it brief & to the point. I purchased the AceTech AT2000R Silencer/Tracer Unit. Got in mailbox, took it out of the box, didn't go on and wouldn't charge at all. Try to resolve the problem with them, Nope! Told me to contact ACETECH tell my problems to them basically. Buyers Beware!!! $60 in the hole.

Amazing store with good prices, i always ordered stuff from Europe but this store has cheaper prices and a lot more to choose from, delivery time is also really fast.

These people are thieves and liars. After I send them 150 USD, they claim they only recived 97USD and cannot explain to me where those 53 USD magicaly dissapeared.
After I finaly decided to ignore the missing 53 USD and asked them to simply send me one magazine less, they claim post serivces denied the parcel. Yet they don't explain why. How are metal pieces not allowed to be shipped?! They are a scamming joke. Stay as far away from them as possible and spread the message.
I lost 150 USD. Don't repeat my mistake!

Faulty shipping adress resulted in item being returned to sender.
CS claims fault to be my side and can only offer 80% refund due to a restocking fee... bs

Contact with raymond man started alright but in the end very stoic and unpleasant. Do not recommend this store.

Can recommend ehobbyasia for purchasing airsoft accessories. ordered a MCX fixed stock that you just can't get normally in the UK. Postage was updated regularly and was able to follow my items journey all the way to my door.

Worst company ever. They sell broken products and do not responde to emails unless the case is going in their favor. I bought a product which was broken by the time it got here. I proceeded to send an inquiry to ehobby by mail. They replied to me in like 5 hours saying that they need videos and pictures. I found the fault and it was a broken fire pin and the shotshells were also leaking gas.. I sent them detailed pics and vid’s of the problem and they never responded. I’m going to press charges against these scammers.

Ordered stuff for hop up to Canada, no issues.

Wrong info on website and sent a malfunction item to me. Never refund and reply email after I shipped back the item by their request.

Worst shop you can come across. They sent me wrong items, most probably on purpose. They didn't answer my messages nor mails until i filed a complaint by PayPal. They promissed to send my money back once i return the parcel, and when the time of PayPal support expired, they stopped answering again. Those guys are spineless liars and thieves. I recommend you to avoid this shop.

First of all, there is a lot of talk about 366fps and below and that these guys can’t import into Canada. Believe it or not, that law is actually very real when it comes to 6mm air-soft.. (which makes me think an ape with pen wrote these laws).. but it’s reasonable to be concerned with that from ehobbyasia’s perspective. I also believe they will now ship the 4.5mm without trouble, yay. ITS TRUE THAT 6MM AIRSOFT WITH VELOCITY BELOW 366FPS ARE NOT EVEN CONSIDERED AIRSOFT IN CANADA. BELOW 366FPS IS CONSIDERED A REPLICA AND THEREFORE ILLEGAL IN CANADA. (It seems that as Canadians we’re determined to let narcissistic imbeciles make all of our laws?)

I give these guys five stars because they have the best prices of stuff that is hard to find in Canada. None of the American sites have a lot of this stuff at all, and the Canadian companies have a massive mark up. (I’ve noticed that replicaairguns sells to Americans for much cheaper than he sells to his fellow Canadians, gotta love that lol)

Also, these guys are a bit of pain IF you need to deal with customer service. It seems like they don’t answer emails on anything but fridays, so expect to wait a couple of weeks if you need to get anything sorted.

I saved about 25% with these guys after shipping and exchange when compared with the best priced alternative. That’s a lot.

Despite the delay, I would send these guys my business long before sending more money to my fellow Canadians who love to take advantage of my wallet.

Thanks ehobby, now I can afford to buy another BB gun now :)
