Excellent profile management. Payments only debited to my account monthly; eg. Match took a 2 year payment all as once, I felt like I was being robbed.

I've gotten quite a few matches

I've gotten quite a few matches. Some better than others. I wish there were more filters, though. I received a lot of matches from very far outside my preferred distance, as well as outside my preferred age range. I don't appreciate receiving profiles of people who do not post a photo - delete them immediately. Also, it would nice if people indicated when their profile photo was taken. Very deceptive to post pics that are from 5-15 years old.

I Joined Dec 23 after many weeks of thinking about it. I unfortunately signed up for a year under their Recommendation Never ever do that, if you dont find someone in max a couple of months then theirs a problem, my search area i took every single state in the U.S. except Hawaii and Alaska plus 2 Canadian provinces by 2 days later i sent them an e mail stating i keep getting the same 20 members over and over again that their site is not generating all the members "impossible" their response was how to enter in search area REALLY i just finished telling them how i had almost every U.S. state plus a couple of provinces so i know how to put places in the search area so i got no help or an answer from them at all. By the 28th i had sent them 3 more e mails complaining how i was a very dissatisfied customer and truly not getting what i paid for that i am still getting the same ONLY 20 members that i have never been so bored in my life. They kept repeating the exact same response , enters places in your search thats all i got everytime.
I felt like i was talking to a robot everytime so i sent them a 5th e mail i was truly fed up and told them to please cancel my subscription that their site was a real joke still seeing the same 20 men after 6 days is not normal and not what i signed up for and that i expected so much more from
E Harmony and that after all these e mails i have gotten not one person to help me. The customer service, the site are horrible the worst i have ever been on. I also told them How can you meet a man when its the same 20 men for 6 days is that the only men from the whole USA plus canada pathetic, well instead of being nice and considerate to a very dissatisfied customer they told me i was bound to pay the monthly fee for the next 11 months that they were not letting me out of my contract i was totally shocked with all my e mails saying how unhappy i was that they literally didnt care about the customer just cared about losing a measly 130 dollars, i told them a reputable company would never treat a customer like that, and that i have never been treated like that. So i told them they dont want to cancel my subscription and make a very unsatisfied customer happy i was calling my credit card company to cancel all future payments. They can take Me to court. I will never Recommend E Harmony to Anyone waste of money, definately a waste of time, no service i truly believe customer service with their repeated answers are all bots.
Dating.com and datemyage yes more expensive but the service is impeccable i had an issue it was solved on the spot money issue it was solved on the spot they care about their customers there is actually 24 hour Customer service phone number you speak to a human. So service is instant. I am definitely going back there where they care and treat you with respect. But no matter what NEVER EVER take. 1 year Subscription that is just plain crazy 3 months should do it.
