1st class customer service from Andi and quality products
I got to Egr on Tuesday 22nd after along drive. i had spoken to Andi a few times on the phone and I was greeted on the day by Andi who was so helpful, very warming and a polite guy. My vw Amarok was in getting the electric egr rolltrac and roll bars done. I was so made up with the job and that I got it done by them. its going to make my life so much easier. it's Amazing quality product and I would highly recommend Egr to anyone. 1st class customer service from Andi he's real asset to the company.

Water leaks with EGR canopy
The EGR canopy installed by ISUZU on my DMAX leaks very badly. Local Isuzu dealer has taken video evidence (January 2023 and again in May 2023) of leaks but so far has failed to repair or replace. This canopy is not fit for purpose. Follow-up with dealer and Isuzu has not been satisfactory.

I wasn't aware that there was no stock…
I wasn't aware that there was no stock on hand. When I contacted the store, they told me the stock was being made in Thailand and wasn't due into warehouse until late June.
