Extremely Negative Experience
Once again a very negative and frustrating experience with an extremely delayed refund. They simply don’t answer inquiries. I sent my package back timely and tracked it - it has been over a month with no refund and no response to inquiries. If you purchase something and see globale, I would strongly recommend you don’t purchase from them or any merchants that use the company, particularly if you spend a lot of money. It’s unacceptable with any purchase, but especially frustrating when one spends thousands of euros.

Ordered on the 28th of May, received 9th of June. I am truly surprised by the negative comments. The price reduction (>20%) comes with reduced messaging, however I can live with that.

Claimed the money back and nothing but as soon as I did with PayPal..I received the money back after 2 days. Don’t know if the product at the end would be arrived..but better to spend bit more and buy products on “secure” and trusted website (and reading the comments..)

One star is too much for this company. I have ordered 3 months ago nothing is received and they don't return my money back after many times of sending requests. If this continues like this I will file a complaint through police.
Order never received or refunded
It’s been since 19 March 2021 I placed an order, since the 23rd April I don’t have any tracking, and of course never received my order. Your support doesn’t help me, they don’t even talk about refund or reply to my concerns. I pay 240€ seven weeks ago and still receive nothing for a supposed 6-8 days delivery.
Support or RMA doesn’t help. No one. It’s good service IF you don’t have any trouble but as soon as their is a problem you can just wait for months, maybe year before someone help you (if it does happen)
Non EU-compliant goods are beeing sold !!! a No Go!
This company sels items with will not be repaired by the manufacturer(For exemple SAMSUNG Europe) in case of reparable damage(cracked screen in my case)! My nearly new SAMSUNG A51 is therefore now completely lost! eGlobal does not offer repair for own damage, nor can anny other company repair this non EU-compliant phone! Watch out for similar companies like "Ultra One"!

My product (headphone) is defective and they ask me to ship it to them in MAINLAND CHINA- at my own expense- via a shipping method that costs 60$. They told me if I do not do that, and the package gets lost, it's my responsibility.
What kind of user experience is this. I found these headphones on their site for 40$ cheaper than elsewhere, but now I know why it's cheaper- because you will get 0.000000000 customer service in return. Just buy the more expensive product from a trusted site, trust me.

ordered a phone, despite appearing to be based in the netherlands they ship from China.
Mentioned value on the customs declaration was wrong and I had to pay tax and import fees after sending the original invoice to customs. Was able to declare this to eglobalcentral and actually received the money back, in accordance with their terms&conditions.
All in all a bit of a hassle, and got me nervous for a while, but everything turned out ok in the end
Lost money
I ordered a phone in January, contacted them a couple of weeks later, then a month later, then another month later. So three months after placing the order they told me the shipment was lost and I would get a refund of 22 euro, which is about 10% of the order. Must be scam.

This company implies they are in The Netherlands, in fact they ship from Hong Kong without paying the duty and VAT and without informing the buyer that there are extra local charges to pay.
On top of this they make a false declaration of the value of the goods, this is illegal.
My order took 6 weeks to arrive instead of the 6 days quoted and I had to pay import duty and VAT before the delivery of the goods.

I've ordered ipad on 6th of January, overpaid for express delivery (which was about to take 3-4 days) Today is February the 1st and I still haven't received anything/ Their customer service is terrible, the answer takes them about 6 days. To refund they will charge you 48-50 EUR. NEVER BUY IN THIS SHOP! Save your money

Edit: They sent the product, but they did not pay taxes. The product was held by customs waiting for an additional payment. I had to pay 80% more on top of the price.

Customer service responds from time to time and asks to be patient. On the other hand, the shippers indicates that the parcel is probably lost!

Just after the apple TV, I ordered a JBL headset, which was received quite fast...
So I don't know how to evaluate this site: it's not a scam, but it's not serious nor professional!
Update: 02/17 ... still no news of the apple tv ordered on the 01/06. Customer service is a pity and gives nothing more than standard answers.

The package hasn't been cleared by customs because of incorrect declaration. EGlobal central is trying to illegally save on the import taxes.
