They sell counterfeit perfumes, do not buy in this store.
I cannot express how disappointed I am with my experience at Eglamour (Parfumio, etc.). I decided to give their service a try as they offered the Acqua di Parma Leather perfume at quite an attractive price. Being a loyal Acqua di Parma customer, I was excited about the opportunity to get it at a more affordable rate.
However, my excitement quickly faded when I received the product and immediately noticed it was a counterfeit. Alarmed, I sent pictures of the product to the headquarters of Acqua di Parma in Milan, who confirmed my suspicions: the perfume was indeed an imitation.
Upon contacting Eglamour's customer service team, their response was disheartening. They insisted on me sending the product back to process a refund, but given the circumstances, I decided to send the product directly to Acqua di Parma for them to take legal action against this fraudulent company.
My advice to everyone is to steer clear of purchasing from Eglamour and its sister stores. Not only do they sell counterfeit products, but their customer service is unsatisfactory, and they do not take responsibility for their actions. It's a real shame that I fell into this trap, and I hope my experience serves as a warning to other consumers.
