Excellent customer service. I had a problem with activation of the app on my new phone (had switched from android to iOS), and wrote to them about the issue. Within five hours my problem was fixed and I was ready to go again :-)

amazing place. Fast deliveries, answers to questions, excellent support, willing to do the extra mile for the customer, to look for answers and help you solve your problem with your bike. I can't recommend enough. Very pleased both times I bought parts from them. 👍👍

I had a great buying experience with EggBikes. I ended up purchasing an emotor, battery, display and some accessories. Before this I was unsure if their battery would fit in my frame so over the space of a few days, George sent me diagrams and answered my many questions. Once we had done a mock up of the battery using cardboard from George's diagram, it fit. I paid for my items at 9.30pm on Friday night and I had a smiling Emil on my doorstep with arms full of boxes for me. You can not get any better service than that! (luckily i live near his route home). Everything was in great order and i proceeded to build my new ebike. Unfortunately (no ones fault) the motor was just out, so i emailed the lads and Emil emailed back and offered to drop me some shims off to correct it. As it happens i found some in an old bottom bracket box, so was sorted. Anyway over the next couple of days i had a few power issues (again no ones fault) and Emil and George were excellent again! With George helping me over the phone/email and Emil en-route to my house to help in person. George managed to rectify the problem over the phone and I've had no issues since. The whole buying experience has been great and stress free as i felt totally confident that George and Emil were sorting everything and the after service has been awesome. Highly recommended and will definitely be buying in the future from the lads at EggBikes. (P.S the eggrider v2 display & app that the lads have made is better than the big named brands offerings by far and a bargain!!)

Overall, a very well made and functioning unit. I would give it 5 stars except the very day that I received mine, they introduced a new version which, apparently, made my version instantly obsolete. A 20 quid discount is not doing much to motivate me.
Their web site is quite lacking any information or documentation on setting or reporting the parameterization. You must search other web sites to figure that out. An example: the unit reads a maximum of 51.0 V on a 48 V battery system even though the battery is actually 54.1 V. Tech support says that is all the Bafang reports thru CanBus. The Luna 700C that I removed didn't seem to have that problem. Would have been nice to know that beforehand.
Email tech support is lightning fast so I'll stick with this for awhile.

to buy a Bafang motor from a supplier in the UK without having to wait for a long delivery period also having a back-up if needed.
