Really positive experience the other evening getting my horsebox jumped. Scott was a legend!

This company contacted me twice and said they would be with me in the next 10 minutes this was 90mins ago, very poor service doesn't reflect well on green flag.

At a time of need it was so lovely to be treated so calmly and professionally.

Hit a pothole which damaged the front tyre on my car with no spare.
Reported to Greenflag at about 16.30. GF said Egertons would be with me around 18.30.
Ryan from Egertons turned up about 17.15, loaded the car and we were on the road by 17.30. Took me straight home, no issues

Absolutely shocking company and pray on people who have the misfortune of breaking down. I broke down and wanted to go 31 mile with al3.5t recovery truck with a car on the back they wanted to recover them separately for some reason obviously to make more money and change me £840 for 31 mile so I used a more respectable company and paid £318 all in and recovered on same truck.

Absolutely seamless, very quick, waited only about 20mins, Recovery guy very helpful and knowledgeable, had my vehicle recovered to Garage in no time at all, and hassle free

Local recovery vehicle attended quickly - great bloke, friendly and professional. My cover is with Green Flag via my Car Insurance provider, and these guys must be part of their subcontracted local recovery network - that said, if ever I'm in a situation where I need to chose the breakdown service myself, I'll go with these guys - and I'd have no hesitation recommending this business.

This is my second review for Egertons Recovery/Green flag and coincidentally for Jordan who came to my rescue last time! Jordan and in fact all of the Egertons employees I have met have been a godsend; polite, informative and truly helpful. I can do without many things, but NOT Egertons or Green Flag and Jordan the helpful mechanic who is skilled and intelligent! Chris Trueman

Josh came out to help me with my burst tyre. Quick response. Kept me up to date when he would arrive and was fantastic when he arrived. Was very informative, quick to get the work done and leave me safely to drive my car. He is a credit to your company. Very kind person. Absolutely fantastic. Highly recommend your company.

Terrible customer service. First I waited over half hour in reception, was told the guys were very busy in the compound, finally I was instructed to go over , wasn’t sure where it was, the lady in reception said you will see the guys loading and unloading ,there was no one outside doing anything like that all the shutters were down, no staff members were there when she phoned them up in front of me telling them she was sending me down, I had to bang on the shutters so I could go in. 3 members of staff there not doing any work, and then had the cheek to ask if I was told to come down. All I wanted was my property from my car, for the price they charge you would expect basic customer service

I was fortunate to have my car rescued by Jordan from Egerton’s Recovery via Green Flag today. Jordan was exceptional. No doubt I was having a bad day, but Jordan made it a whole lot better and got my car up and running again very quickly.
I’d also like to thank Julia, who phoned soon after my breakdown to arrange the appointment. The entire experience was efficient, reassuring, and genuinely impressive. It was such a relief to get back on the road. Thanks Jordan!
Top-tier recovery service.

lovely friendly fella came and mended my car even tested another part for me. . we even had a bit of banter about manchester got car going within minutes and gave me some good advice cant thank him enough

I was kept informed of arrival time and was lucky that the expected time was reduced. I was notified that the call would be sooner. I was contacted to guide the van to exactly where I was, as difficult to find. On arrival the technician was polite and efficient and quickly got me back on the road. The only one downside was having to wait a few hours.

Excellent service, I broke down they reached me in about 20 minutes. The driver was very friendly and good at his job.
