The eforms process was straight forward…

The eforms process was straight forward and intuitive. The form I needed was downloadable instantly. If I had needed another document, I most likely would have renewed my subscription.

Excellent Service

I needed a specific form from EForms. It created the form exactly as I needed. I haven’t really had a need to use it since. When the time came to renew, it got by me. My daughter is in the hospital and the renewal date got by me. EForms had no problem canceling my subscription and refunding my money immediately. I very much appreciated that.

Refused to refund

I signed up for the free trial. I thought Ihad canceled it. I was charged, so while it was still pending I called to cancel and get a refund. I was denied a refund because apparently my ex-husband had made an account in the past with my email, and I was told only one free trial is allowed per email. Very disappointing! Tough for for a single mom to lose $49.

We respectfully request that this review be removed due to the inaccuracies of the reviewer's claims. This user was billed and denied a refund on the most recent account she created. This user created multiple accounts in our system under separate email addresses, to which she obtained her document at no charge on the initial account during the 7-Day Free Trial for new members. Per our Terms of Use, we limit 'Free Trials' to one per user. Our database reflects two different emails and both are linked to the same IP address and user/billing profile. Based on the use of various emails to utilize multiple 7-Day Free Trials, it is against our company policy to issue any refunds on the secondary account.

The refund request was initially denied by our support team and the activity on both accounts was relayed to the user in detail.

As the secondary account was not eligible for a refund, the user still has access until the end of the billing cycle. The subscription will not renew and the account will not be billed again.

Cancelation

I did not like trying to get my issue resolved through your 1 800 number. I never could get through or no one called me back. I really hope the matter was taken care of via email.

We reviewed your account and show you sent an email on Monday, January 19, 2026. Our customer support team responded to your email within 6 minutes, confirming your subscription was now cancelled per your request. This was the only request we received to cancel your eForms subscription. The subscription was cancelled as requested and will not be billed again.

Fantastic customer service

Steven responded to my email within hours of receipt, even though it was the end of the week/weekend. He reviewed my request, determined I had made an honest mistake and corrected my error immediately. I can't praise Steven and eForms more for their quick and phenomenal customer service.

They stand by their claims
