Customer service is responsive. I loved the Flex style goggle for it's super soft gasket but my face is too narrow for an effective fit. Customer service troubleshooted with me and ultimately we decided a different goggle style would serve me better.

Ordered a pair and they didn’t fit properly, was very disappointed so contacted the company about sending them back, they replied quickly to ask what the problem was and they would rather help me to get a pair that worked. Ordered another pair - NanoClear™ Recon Swim Goggles- as I have a narrow face. These fitted perfectly- no leakage, minimal lines on face, they felt so comfortable. Thank you so much for the company making it so easy to try another pair.

Excellent customer service. They found the correct fit for me, and I am excited to be receiving Effortless' Recon model, designed for narrower face profiles:-)

Brenton has always responded when I've asked him for help. He has sent me videos that directly address the problems I've had since back surgery and torn rotator cuffs. Not exactly sure of the date.

The goggles do not fog up when swimming 20-30 laps, but they do leave marks under my eyes. I tried adjusting the strap (loosening it) as per the instructions, but that just let water in. It was the marks I was looking to erase.

I highly recommend this company. Their customer service is excellent. The first goggles didn’t work for me and the helpful staff redirected me to the Recon goggles and they are perfect both comfort, leakproof and vision under the water. Special thanks to Denver and Ivan for your help.

I contacted Effortless Swimming regarding a pair of goggles I had purchased and some difficulties I was experiencing with the fit of the goggles. The team were incredibly helpful and worked with me to troubleshoot the problem and provide appropriate solutions. 5 start service! I highly recommend

I've had 3 pairs of effortless goggles. And they're amazing. One I've had for 4 months and as long as I dip in water and swipe, they're crystal clear for every swim. A 3rd pair I recently got wasn't working right, so I contacted support, they confirmed I was using them right and then sent me another pair. Quick and easy. A company can't always get it right but when don't and fix ASAP, that's a great sign!

Effortless may cost more upfront but you save in the long run

At first I was disappointed the first pair of goggles I bought were too wide for my face and with no way to adjust to make them have a full seal.
I wrote customer service to ask about exchanging and they were so quick to reply with a solution.
They directed me to the model for narrower faces, agreed to send them immediately free of charge.
When dealing with a company found on instagram for the first time, you never know the response you’ll get, even if you get a response at all. I was pleasantly surprised how easy and quickly the exchange took place.
I have only great things to say about Effortless Swimming. Including how comfy the goggles are.

BEST GOGGLES EVER! I have been swimming in open water all my life and have tried numerous goggles to find ones that don’t leak, and don’t fog so much I can’t see where I’m going. I have been doing the routine of smearing a little baby shampoo inside my old goggles to make them less foggy and that has helped but these goggles let me have crystal clear vision the entire time I am in the water - including the one hour swims. The goggles fit comfortably without having to be strapped very tight-no leakage, no treading water halfway through a swim to adjust.

I have a smaller head and the first pair I tried did not fit perfectly. I was so disappointed and I am ashamed to share that I sent a snarky message to effortless swimming. They responded by sending me the STRIKE model which fits like a dream, along with a very kind message. I used the smaller nose bridge strap and that conformed it to my face beautifully.They sent the STRIKE mirror which has been great for my sunrise swims here in South Florida - no glare even under these super bright conditions.

I am thrilled with these goggles - I will be buying the STRIKE in clear for those days when I have to pool swim

I am incredibly impressed with the customer service. They responded generously to my unfair remarks and quickly provided me with a different set of goggles that exceeded all expectations. The integrity and kindness are outstanding. If you are hesitant to try this new brand the customer service makes it safe and worthwhile!

Excellent communications and prompt service with replacement goggles.

This was my second Maldives Swim camp and I am now counting days to the third one! The kind of attention that the coaches give to each swimmer (irrespective of their levels) is extraordinary. I am the slowest but I am always swimming with a coach and always being encouraged. Along with group coaching every swimmer has 1 on 1 sessions with the coaches. Just imagine being trained by world class coaches (Tas, Brenton, Laura) who are extremely passionate teachers and humans, in a beautiful place! The postive energy and vibes of this camp should be experienced by all!!!!

I was intrigued by the goggles. The promise of next to no marks was very appealing. I received my goggles but, since I have a small face, I could not achieve a good seal. However, the material was very comfortable so I reached out to the company to ask if they had another model that would fit me better, ready to make another purchase. Instead, they sent me a replacement for free. I can't wait to try them on - fingers crossed. Impeccable customer service!

First of all, thank you so much for the goggles. They were a huge surprise. After testing them today, I can say that open water swimming in these goggles is a real pleasure. The visibility is absolutely fantastic, the goggles don't fog up, and the soft elastic straps don't put pressure on the eye area. I've tested a lot of goggles, but these are truly brilliant and worth recommending. Thank you again, five stars well deserved.

My daughter’s new favourite swim racing goggles are the Strike goggles. I really like the Recon goggles for laps. Our purchase came with useful swim tutorial videos. This company is a breath of fresh air—when we had an issue with a pair of Flex goggles, I was pleasantly surprised to be able to contact someone who really cares and promptly helped. My best Facebook purchase.

Wow! The Maldives swim camp was absolutely wonderful! I was pretty nervous to attend considering I'm not a very fast swimmer and swim 3 times per week, not 5 days in a row twice per day! BUT ... Brenton, Tas and Laura were so welcoming and encouraging that all fear melted away from the very first session. The program was so varied and fun that I didn't want it to end! My husband attended as a non swimming partner and was also so welcomed in by the coaches and entire group. It was the perfect setting where you could take your own pace or challenge your newly developed skills in the beautiful open water. Truely amazing experience I will carry into my swimming for years to come!
