I have been using the Efficacemente.it site's free services for many years. It's the first time I've used a paid service and so far I'm satisfied. I would like to be able to set the time of receiving the daily challenge since I live abroad and alas the update arrives at 2pm. Weekend challenges are mostly for those with a 9/5 life, and as a restaurateur I find myself a bit left out or having to re-administer some missions. Thank you for your help Andrea

I don't have much to say, but I can say for sure that this method is helpful. There is a bit of theory and a lot of practice. This is what makes difference! And the daily reminders are a good way to keep you focused even when you are back into negative thoughts (yes, this happens while working on yourself)
