Had to send a fax to the IRS and this was a great solution. Customer support was friendly and helpful to explain how I could cancel my subscription, as I don't fax regularly this was a one time use.

Was not able to send a fax after logging into the app which has many causes, only got a suggestion that does work to fax using my email and their instructions and it went through! Very friendly service and fast response time. Thank you!

I have used eFax for many years and have always been quite happy with their services. Sadly (for eFax) I don't use a fax anymore and therefore quited my account today. I've been helped by a friendly co-worker who put a worthy end to our relationship.
