What a customer service!
Just contacted them to ask the closing of the account. An extraordinary kind operator processed the request.
Never met an operator so nice (I later understood that she was italian) .

I am a subscriber for 10 years to E-FAX (initially Pop-Fax) always getting excellent service without losing a fax, neither incoming nor outgoing.

I have contacted Efax today to recover some invoices and i had the pleasure to speak to the phone with Eleonora Gargiulo.
She has been very helpful and professional through the process asking me security question to verify i could really access the information. After this, she help me to get back access to the website and guide me to download invoices in the correct way. Wish all the customer advisor are always professional and helpful as Eleonora. Keep going in this way :)

Absolutely responsive and helpful
We approached the customer support for a problem about receiving a notification email when a fax was available. The problem laid on our side, but some weeks were necessary to identify it; during this period the customer service was always very responsive and helpful.
