They refuse to fix battery issue on my INMOTION V12. Absolutely avoid as they scam their customers .

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. They go above and beyond any expectations I had, such as loaning me a courtesy EUC while mine was in for a tire change, or giving me a free charger. They sponsor a lot of events in the EUC community too.
