EES are a scammers - beware

As others have said EES are a scam operator! Cold call solar panel owners suggesting they have spoken to you before and they can undertake a free service/survey of your system. They call despite me having no previous dealings with the company as well as be regulated with the Telephone Preference Service.

Cold caller rip off merchants

They'll keep you on the phone to mine you for information about your solar panels / system, also about the company that installed it.

Arranged them to come out day after just to meet face to face, didnt bother turning up.

These guys are con artists and waste of time.

As said in previous reviews they phone from private number so you have to answer to know who they are.

Cold caller rip off merchants.

Scam

Nice chap, plausible, but a scam. He said we had paid for a free check when we bought the panels 12 years ago. A national pot of money from installers paid for the free check. The proposed visit the following day would give us a detailed report on the system and identify any work that may be of benefit to maintain the system. He could not explain who funded the free checks. He got fed up answering my questions and put the phone down on me.

Rude and insulting

Keep telephony me to say my solar panels are due for checking. I asked to be taken off their telephone list and to stop calling. Harvey got very aggressive and insulting at this moment asking me if I had a xxxx(mans bits) for a brain. Called me stupid and swore several times at me. Exceptionally rude and insulting. If this is the type of people they use for their cold calling I would hate to think what the rest of their service is like

EES- Bain of my life

EES. Various calls, always from a WITHHELD number, unfortunately I have to answer them as places like the Doctors Surgery and official organisations also use WITHHELD numbers.
So when 'whomever' says they are from EES about my Solar Panels they get a one-way lecture about how many times I've told them to stop calling and that I'm a TPS registered number.
They should be fined by the regulator.

ZERO stars..

ZERO stars..
This company called me a month ago and said my solar panel is now due for the annual service, did I remember Tom did my last service in 2022!? Ha ha
Told them politely, I don't need a service, I don't take cold calling but as it was a private number, answered as I thought it maybe an appointment I'm waiting for.
Asked them to remove my number from their database, he carried on trying to ask me questions, wanting to book a survey appointment as they were in the area next week!
Told them, no thanks. Remove my number please.
2 days later another call from EES, same script, I asked again to remove my number and not call again.
Yesterday, had a call again a private number, asked him to remove my number, his response " why should I" my reply " I'm asking you to and there's no need to get arrogant" his reply " well you're a F**#@^g C#!T"
my response " ooh lovely chat from a company this call is being recorded" again his response "I don't give a F-ING S***T, why would I want to talk to an ugly F-ING C#!T anyway "
A lovely start to the day!!

Scam call after scam call

Scam call after scam call asking if i'd had my solar panel system "serviced" in the last 18 months. Even saying that " i spoke to david, daniel, tom ,dick and harry" a while ago regarding service etc. This never happened and up until the first calls had never heard of this scam company. Very pushy callers who won't take no for an answer so best to just hang up and block there numbers if you can. BEWARE!!!!!

Fasle friendliness

This company has now called a few times and have tried to get our panels serviced. We first of all thought why not and the husband booked a time slot - no one showed (even though they were "in the area"). The following day, I asked for a call back - never did. Then from then onwards, constant calls and not overly friendly males when we refuse their amazing free offer. They are pushy and persuasive, be careful.

Just another cold call scam

Just another cold call scam? Call from withheld number (don't know how they knew I had solar panels) asking if I had had contact from my solar installer & if I had problems with them. When I said my installer was good & I hadn't the call was abruptly cut off. Just another cold call scam company trying to lure in some unsuspecting souls? ...... I think so & will stay well clear of EES.

Ees scam ltd.

Had a call from one of your "agents" YET AGAIN!!!
Claims my original supplier has gone bust (untrue) and we were supposed to have a service on my panels.
They always ask first if you are an electrician. presumably they only want 'untrained' people to scam.
Didn't fit his guidelines so then went on to a tirade of the most disgusting foul language and basically telling me to kill myself.
My wife had a call from them earlier in the day and she told the rep to delete our number from their records. Clearly do not give a toss about anybody.
Please, do steer clear of these people.
THEY DON'T CARE!!!
(I hope their calls are recorded. Not letting this go)

Leave me alone

I have no idea how they managed to get through my phone call Guardian system but it immediately made me suspicious. I don’t want cold calls and if I want any help I will ask for it.

Keeps cold calling me about servicing…

Keeps cold calling me about servicing my solar panel set up, when I told the girl on the phone to take me off their system she just put the phone down, ignorant, and this is not for the first time, this company is really becoming a nuisance, can't block the number as its withheld.

Cold called me

Cold called me said they were EES, I asked who EES were she simply said I was going to explain that and then promptly hung up. A company being rude is not one I would use.
