EE Glazing Ltd Reviews 

Got a visitor yesterday and an appointment made for a salesman to visit in the evening. When the salesman arrived my wife had a bad migraine so I had to cancel. He then told me I had to call the office to cancel. I told him I tried twice but they didn't answer. So he then called the office and I had to explain why I needed to cancel. I had to say I didn't want another appointment and they weren't happy.
The following day the guy who called on us in the previous morning also rang and when would we like another appointment for a salesman. He was told no but started to get insistent so I hung up. I have now blocked ALL numbers. I found them too pushy. I will never have anything to do with them again.
Complete farce. I do not appreciate being told I had to make an appointment and that I had to talk to the office to explain why I wanted to cancel.
Avoid this company at all costs.

I wasn't going to write a review, The door was fitted in 2024, but they keep ringing me offering more work despite me repeatedly advising them that I wouldn't use them again. The Salesman offered quite a few things that it turned out we couldn't have eg. We wanted a country style door with a cat flap, He made quite a big thing of calling the office and asking if a cat flap could be fitted into that style of door and confirmed it could be. Offered brown coloured glass, Offered a low profile sill. When the Surveyor arrived he advised that the cat flap couldn't be fitted in the style we had chosen and offered a similar style, that they didn't do a brown glass so we chose a different colour and that the low profile was not suitable for our hallway. So overall a nice door, but not the style or colour or profile that we originally wanted and we should have walked away, but went ahead. Door is nice but the fitting was pretty average.Additionally the salesman offered us an extra discount when we were wavering on the price as long as they could take before and after photos and use them on their advertising. This was just a ruse to give us a further discount which was already in the bank for wavering customers. There were no photos taken..

Fifty percent deposit seems high, but I suppose it's to reduce drop outs.

The door was fitted by one fitter who travelled from Essex, when I asked about local fitters he said that all the fitters are from Essex and only the sales and office teams are local.. Quite a lot of mastic used above and around the door which I would have expected to be mortar rather than filler.

They had to come back because the fitter hadn't fitted the handle correctly and when the door was pulled shut the handle came away from the door. A very simple job, but one that I didn't want to do in case it invalidated the guarantee. Where the door handle has not been fitted correctly it had scratched the surface of the door which also needed a repair.

Overall I wasn't impressed by the salesman offering things that couldn't be done. The office staff were really helpful prior to the door being fitted. The repair contact number is hit and miss depending on who you get to speak to. Some of them sounded like they were doing you a favour by picking up the phone, but they did come back and put a scratch pen over the mark on the door.

Just had 7 windows front, back and conservatory doors fitted in last 3 days can't recommend company enough. Gary and Duncan the fitters were both very friendly and polite even chatted with my granddaughter which made her day. Could not of asked for 2 nicer guys and they left the place so clean and tidy each day they finished. Both a credit to EE GLAZING. Thank You

My experience was excellent with this EE Glazing company..from the time the courier came to talk about the windows to the measuring the windows..to the two fitters who came to the house..who were very friendly, polite and very professional..with fitting the windows in..they took care and attention of preparing the rooms and stairs with dust sheets..they worked very professional..and when the work was finished they both left my house clean and tidy before they left. They both deserve a gold metal ✨️ I would recommend EE Glazing...

The crew were respectful of my home where they were to work. They kept the place clean and were very professional. The whole 5 windows look good and they blend in with my other windows.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Particularly impressed with the fitters and the quality of the doors and windows is exceptional. Would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

There was a lot of pressure put to sign a contract immediately and pay 25% deposit so you don't lose their 'special discount'. Fortunately, as I didn't want to sign, I was told about the 7 day break clause. Then, after investigating pricing with other glazing companies, it seems, even their special is almost double what it would normally cost. I've emailed the cancellation and were told I had to wait 3-5 working days for refund. It has been more than that and now they are not responding to any emails and not refunding my money. Don't get conned by these people. Very quick to take your money, but thus far, no refund in sight!!

IN RESPONSE: The refund has now been processed - thank you, but it took this review for it to be made. Do you have a reason why my emails were ignored for the last 2 days asking where my refund was? My final email this morning saying I was going to add this review was what initiated the refund.

I’m not entirely convinced this is a legitimate company. The salesperson came out, gave us a quote, and then immediately halved the price just to pressure us into paying a deposit on the spot. They also called repeatedly to push for a booking. The whole experience felt unprofessional, so we decided not to go ahead with them.

Jack installed 2 windows for me this morning. Lovely guy. Pleasant and efficient. He did a great job. Neat and tidy finish. Would definitely recommend him and the company.

We was recommended by a family member and went with EE Glazing.
Had 9 windows and a door done from when salesman came round to work being done and completed in 3 weeks.
I would recommend this company due to the person who recommended them gets a voucher and some flowers, this is after completion of works and full payment has been made.

Great efficient team, very helpful in sorting and manoeuvring home furnishings, really satisfying result.

20 windows fitted in under 3 days. Very pleased with the windows and the work ethic of Alan and Aaron. Would recommend and use again.

After an unexpected cold door knock introduction I thought I would get a quote for some work I was considering and go from there.
The salesman (Bradley) came around and not only gave me a reasonable quote but also looked into another issue I had which he was able to resolve.
I agreed a deal for 10 windows and a back door and the following week Paul the surveyor came and measured up. He was also able to bring forward the installation date.
On Tuesday Jack and TJ arrived to start the work and were joined by Steve on the Wednesday.
All three guys were polite, helpful, informative and answered any questions I had during the course of the job. They were all very tidy in their work and cleared away all the debris at the end of both days and left the house as tidy as possible given the number of changes that were done. They were lucky in that the weather was on their side too as the rain held off for the duration.
Would be happy to use them again in the future if I need further work done and would recommend those individuals mentioned if asked as they provided a good service.

From the initial visit with the rep to the completion of all the windows changed, there hasn't been any problems.
Today the job has been completed by Ryan and Niall. Whom I must say were very polite and efficient and have made an excellent finish by clearing up. No mess was left.
I would highly recommend EE Glazing for first class quality windows and workmanship.

If I could give less stars then I would.

18 calls within a 5 hour period to try and suck more money out of a family member, is disgusting behaviour.

You should not touch this company, and if they come to your door, then make sure it is slammed fully shut against their noses.

Just had 12 windows fitted by EE glazing and what an amazing job they have done. I could not be happier with them. I was sceptical throughout the whole process but they did everything and more. I had many quotes from different companies and EE glazing offered the best quality windows for the best price. Highly recommend them. Thank you for your service.

Excellent Product really look the business. Installers were quick and efficient. Courteous, tidy, and easy to communicate with. It was a pleasure to do Business with this company.
