The options for service are amazing and the ease of use of the Site is very good and highly usable. My only issue would be that I had some questions that never got answered and I wonder if I might have been easier to upsell to if I could’ve answered some of those queries. I also signed up for Apple on a separate email account but sadly the connection link has come to my phone and I can’t work out how to access Apple from a different account with just one phone number. I’ll figure it out or call Customer Services.

Went to EE store in Northwich for 2 SIM-only deals. They secretly signed me up on two 2-year contracts instead. Only cancelled after I threatened legal action.
They do the same tricks with broadband. Stay away from this company.

After spending 1 hour on phone and agreeing to swop broadband, get 2 sim only deals and a new phone I realised that they had not listened to my request for the type of phone and based all there figures on the wrong phone !! Cancelled everything.
