Took over account from my father, big mistake had nothing but problems since, despite hours on the phone a made complaints but still numerous problems, avoid is my advice.a reply from EE asks me to contact them so a ‘guide’ can discuss the matter, I’ve already spoke to at least 6 different ‘guide's’ who have failed to fix the problem, even closing a complaint without contacting me with a resolution, not prepared to waste any more time with EE

The people who man the phone lines cannot be faulted. The patience shown to those of us who are`nt tech savvy plus no hard sell tactics made the process of switching stress free. My only bugbear is my repeatedly failed attempts to enter my code.
