Poor service
Shocking customer service.
Unprofessional communication.
Lack of fundamental knowledge of multi channel selling.
Paul’s team recommended and installed a 3rd party platform which generated false orders, totally ruining my businesses on line sales and costing me thousands of pounds.
They then tried to charge for trying unsuccessfully to rectified the situation.
As you can see from the reply they take no responsibility for any actions.

As explained, with visual evidence, the issue you encountered was with a third party platform which is not supported by us. This platform assured us that they would support both Amazon and OnBuy. You have seen they admitted full responsibility. We work with multiple other multi-vendor organisations with great success. As explained to you on multiple occasions, the responsibility of failure does not sit with us.
