The sales progression agent for Edwards & Co (Georgia) was amazing and without her help and support we may never have achieved our house sale and purchase. She was always contactable, responded promptly to queries and offered a massive amount of support and guidance. We would like to say a massive thank you to Georgia and other members of the sales team.

I would highly recommend using Edwards & Co., sensible valuations, sold our property quickly and were accommodating of us during the process. The sales progression team were fantastic - proactive and efficient (particularly Georgia)! I would definitely use Edwards again.

Edwards & Co were so helpful with our house purchase. They even chased up our own solicitor when they weren’t replying to our emails! Such a smooth process thanks to them. They constantly kept us in the loop and replied so quickly.

I can thoroughly recommend Edwards & Co as a competent, professional and friendly estate agent. Edwards diligently handled the sale of my late aunt’s property despite the fact that they had to liaise with me residing in Germany, and despite the fact that the sale process was interrupted due to the death of my aunt and thereby a significant probate period entailed. The staff at Edwards were calm and level headed even though I was frustrated by the administrative vacuum we had to deal with. Amy and Cleo did a grand job with the marketing of the property and achieving a very satisfactory sale price. I particularly liked the service known as “Progression” where, after the offer was accepted, another colleague Georgia headed up a team handling all the mechanics of the sale to ensure that all the detailed steps were carried out leading up to completion, such as inventorying all the fittings included in the sale price and ensuring final meter readings. Edwards was also able to assist me with solicitors and house clearance experts. Georgia and her Progression team fielded every question and concern I had along the way with courtesy and good grace, even liaising with the solicitors for the latest legal status. Good job Edwards & Co.

I was very impressed with the friendly manner in which the staff dealt with us Cleo, Shauna, Amy and especially Georgia who was absolutely outstanding with the service she gave us. As first time buyers we were nervous about all the pitfalls and problems we could encounter. However it soon became apparent that we could have complete trust in the way our sale was being dealt with. They were efficient and knowledgeable. Throughout our whole experience the staff conducted everything very professionally, leaving us in no doubt that we had chosen the right estate agent and that we were in safe hands. When other parties were not forthcoming with information they were there to keep us updated and kept the process on track. I highly recommend the company as they made a stressful time so much easier.

Property sale took long time but Georgia kept me informed at all times what was going on which very grateful for. I would recommend them.

This is definitely not about Edward Estate Agents, they were brilliant as they were acting for me! I am sad that my beautiful flat has a hostile, negative vibe now, I was sad to leave Rhiwbina but I’ll be happy again. I will be happy building a happy place for myself and family. Be kind and understanding, otherwise all we have is unkindness and misunderstanding. Tell the negative committee, inside your head, to side down and “ Zit it”

Despite a tricky sale and Lawyer issues I found the support and service from Edwards to be second to none. Georgia in particular was extremely helpful in keeping me abreast of the situation with almost daily updates ….. she does a terrific job .

One of the shining lights in an extremely difficult, long drawn out house sale was the way Edwards & Co went about their business. The communication and mediation from Georgia especially was first class. But so was my dealing with the whole team from the purchase to re-sale. Can't thank them enough and if I ever decide to get back on that ladder I wouldn't hesitate to work with them once again.

The people I was buying a property from used Edwards as their estate agent but Edwards were also really supportive and informative to me, as the purchaser. They provided updates and really helped to push the sale through. Georgia worked tirelessly in progression and I really can’t thank them all enough.
