I visited the Ashton under lyne store and was pleased with the range of children's shoes and the fact that they also sold skechers, which are the comfiest shoes ever!! The young lady who served me was very friendly and very helpful. I will be visiting the store again x

Having bought a pair of (relatively expensive) ladies shoes, I was very disappointed that I was unable to return them as faulty, despite the fact that they were taken back to the shop within 24 hours of purchase. My request to swap the shoes for a different pair was refused due to the fact that I had worn the shoes and that the manager did not consider that the shoes were faulty. My complaint was that the decorative buckle on the front of the shoe was causing injury to my foot within hours of starting to wear them. It is important that other customers are aware of this policy in case they experience similar problems with this shop. Having requested a means of escalating the problem within the company, I was told that I would be given the same response but was welcome to try it. As you can imagine, I won’t shop there again and would urge others likewise.
