Delivery was terrible

Delivery was terrible
Pallet was dropped in front of garage door blocking access to the garage in order to park my car. No one rang the doorbell and I didn’t get message in my phone. It is way too heavy for me to move the tile pallet. Shrink wrap holding boxes of tile up so if it were to fail several boxes of tile would immediately fall. One box edge is outside of shrink wrap and box is torn and you can see broken tile edges.
It is very difficult to inspect tile for other damage because of the way it is packed on the pallets and only held up by shrink wrap
Not a good first experience with your company

Whole thing is lazy and lacks the capacity to think about the situation when delivering

While freight shipments are heavily secured for transport, we recognize that inspecting material on a pallet can be difficult, and seeing exposed or potentially damaged boxes would understandably be alarming. Several problems.

Several problems.
We never received the tile sample. It was sent twice. Probably a UPS or delivery company issue.
When we received the tiles (they were ordered by our contractor), there was so much breakage that the installation is still not complete, as we are waiting for delivery of the balance of hopefully not broken tiles to complete the install.

I was so nervous to order tile online. Especially after reading some concerning reviews. I was blown away when I received my tile. 100% of the tiles were perfect. Not a single broken one. The tiles are beautiful and look great in my bathroom.

Delivery kept getting delayed and…

Delivery kept getting delayed and caused many delays on my project. 200 dollars for delivery and they pushed it back 6 times. They require you to be at home and give you a 6 hour window so it wastes a whole day when delivery gets pushed.

I ordered the wrong tile - entirely my mistake - and the customer support at Edward Martin was as prompt and helpful as any I've ever encountered. The tile quality was also excellent; my order was stunning and now my newly renovated bathroom is too. Shipping was fast and delivery was easy to coordinate. Highly recommend; will use again.

Would buy again.

Gorgeous ceramic Zellige tiles and great customer service. We bought the Jaden Hunter tile and it’s stunning . The customer service was prompt and even helped us with choosing grout colors to complement the Hunter tile and the basket weave tile for the floor.

Extremely delayed shipment

I ordered tiles for a master bathroom remodel and it took a little longer than one month for the tiles to arrive. Apparently the warehouse that stored these specific tiles suffered severe weather. While that’s out of the company’s control, there was zero communication with me regarding my order. I called and spoke to a wonderful Sadé, who gave me the only hope I’ll ever have in ordering from this company again. Once the tiles finally shipped, they shipped to another customer in another state, further delaying my shipment (don’t know if this was EM’s fault or the freight company). The tiles are top quality, so I’ll give credit where it’s due. My advice to the company is to remove the “ships in 2-3 days” from your website. Sadé needs a raise.
