scam

Edurific demo class was good. I paid off for 49 classes and my kid really liked it. after few classes their teacher called me that she is not getting paid and she wont be taking any class till she is not paid by her employer. I tried to reach out to edurific admins whom I paid money for an alternative teacher. No one is responding from their side. I dont recommend it.

Excellent service with experienced…

Excellent service with experienced teacher/tutor. Really helped my kid use the pandemic time in the most productive and useful way. Overall great learning experience for kids and absolutely worth the money, infact their rates are better compared to few institutions offering similar courses.

Great Experience

We took a free demo for my nephew and the demo was really good. From the demo class, we decided to enroll him in the 49 class of robotics. The tutor Neil was great and was able to provide me with feedback and support of how my nephew was getting along. It was great to see a 10-year-old build tiny robots and play with them. Overall it was a great experience for my nephew and I would recommend kids learning robotics.

Disappointing Experience!!

I had joined 49 classes for my son to learn basic coding, HTML etc. My experience with them was extremely disappointing. Tutor was not punctual and cancelled classes last minute with silly excuses as stuck in traffic, no wifi etc. I spoke to Customer manager Happy Singh and expressed this unprofessionalism but I think nothing was done although he agreed that this has to be addressed. I also expressed my views that no information on my son's progress was given to be even after mid-way that is when the tutor told me his progress on next class after I complained.

Tutor- Swarali offered help to my son after last class to complete the project he needs to achieve his certificate and I though she really means it and i was happy with it but when actually my son emailed her she didn’t even bother to respond him so my son had to complete project to the best of his ability. Later when I dropped email expressing my disappointment to Swarali for not helping with the query she replied that she was unwell again another excuse she used many times.
We waited long for the certificate and no information was provided when we will get it. Later after emailing Co- Founder Prabhakar, he called me to assure that they will organise online graduation with cake to be sent to student's address. Again after weeks of wait i dropped email to send certificate as well as confirming that we are not interested in the online graduation. Now i get his certificate mentioning as certificate for Edurific Base builder... that means that certificate is of no use. This is like to authenticate what student has done we have to on Edurifi website to see what was done in that course as base builder. Pathetic!! Finally, again i emailed Prabhakar expressing my views, as it does not have any details of the coding, HTLM etc he has done. Now I hear nothing from this so-called sweet sugar coated people.

I would not recommend them to any other parents as its complete waste of £500. I realised that the tutor who taught actually never attended any such course and are still able to teach with their academic knowledge so we really don’t need such classes for our kids and let them learn with their academic syllabus which is more valuable and useful. Although I had joined this for my son as I thought he will get some knowledge in his holiday time but I am very disappointed with the management and whole Team.

Hope this will help other Parents to decide.
