Poor Hiring Management

This company has a poor hiring system. The HR was conducting her job unprofessionally. I was scheduled to have an interview with the CEO of the company, but the meeting hasn't started even after 10 minutes of waiting. I tried to reach out to the HR immediately after noticing the lateness of the interview, but she didn't respond after 30 minutes later. When she replied, the answer was so dissatisfied, and seems to be not genuine. She said that she was on the way and their zoom's account might have a problem.

This company should have prepared for the worst scenarios that might happen on the hiring process. Also, communicate everything related to problems to candidates. No one is happy for waiting for uncertain things.
