UPDATE 21/10/26:
As below Educly response, I have sent my details to them via trust pilot request…. Surprise surprise no response.
It is now a week since attempting to contact Educly due to receiving no log in details, despite the response below stating replies are within 3 days maximum, there has been zero reply.
It is correct that the name is not recognised, as stated in my contact the service support, Educly recognises my email but not my name, therefore unable to utilise any password recovery.
So, as Educly only seems to respond to trustpilot reviews and do not respond to any direct contact, I can only hope they respond again to attempt to rectify.
However, as it is still looking like a scam, I am not hopeful.
Note, you will see I am not the only one who has not received any log in following paying for the service.
Opinion - STILL ABSOLUTELY AVOID THESE CON ARTISTS.
Complete scam.
Absolutely do not sign up to this.
Signed up and was described as a one off payment, did not receive log in details, cannot access site, ai support bot is a complete waste of time and contact to the email address and via thier contact page gives no response.
I now believe this is a monthly subscription.

If you saw an offer explicitly describing the purchase as a one-time payment, please send us a screenshot alongside the corresponding payment receipt, with sensitive details hidden, so we can assess the specific discrepancy you describe.
Our support team is available every business day, responds within a maximum of three days, and follows each case through to resolution, including access recovery. We have found no contact attempts under the name displayed on this review. Please provide the email address you contacted us from privately through Trustpilot so we can locate your messages and check what happened.
Difficulty accessing an account deserves investigation; it does not, by itself, establish that the service is fraudulent.

Signed up out of curiosity. But findnit difficult. Deactivated same day to avoid subscriotion fees. Could not find in my subscription list so I thought it was done. Then I was charged after a month. So I emailed to ask for a refund but this people do not want to refund. I find this very shady not being able to see subscription. Intentionally so that you will get charged even a deactivated account. Seriously, a scam.

Fraudulent company
I strongly recommend avoiding Educly. I tried to cancel my subscription, but their cancellation links kept redirecting me to their homepage.
I contacted them in August requesting cancellation, yet they continued attempting to charge me. Despite repeated complaints, my subscription was not officially canceled until October.
I eventually had to contact my bank and dispute the charges.
Terrible customer experience. Be very careful before giving this company your payment information.

While we respect everyone's right to share their experience, publicly accusing a company of fraud without first verifying whether a payment was actually completed is a rather serious conclusion to draw from a declined transaction.
We would kindly recommend checking with your bank to understand the difference between a temporary authorization hold and a completed payment.
