Never subscribed but they took my money.

My elderly partner never subscribed to this site, but it started taking money off the bank card. First a small amount, then a bigger amount 2 days later. Trying to get a cancellation is difficult and they DO NOT REFUND. Watch out!!

Eugene is a star

Even though I never actually wanted the membership, I was delighted in dealing with Eugene who has been very kind, helpful and understanding. He has promised to sort out my issues for me within 5 to 7 business days, so now we will have to wait and see . Thank you Eugene for amazing prompt service and response.
