Still haven't received my visa over two…

Still haven't received my visa over two week in and there has been no sympathy, barely any communication and I'm constantly told in one liners to be patient. I asked for application number and reference number and I am still waiting. I was supposed to travel 5 days ago :). I have used other agencies before and it was always quick and efficient with good communication. Communication from these guys has been absolutely horrendous! I eventually lost my accommodation money but luckily reclaimed my flights. I made a mistake not using my previous agencies or applying myself. Definitely never again and wouldn't recommend. It is the lack of communication that is really the worst.
