I like it its something new that you can buy boxes with the best clothes. 11/10 Really Good

It was really easy to place my order. No hassel, no complicated system, just order and go. Also, I love how it all pre-loved clothes, bringing old fashion back into used and giving them a second life.

I have been trying to get hold of them to give me an update about my order. On their website, they are vague about their delivery times from dispatching and not from date of purchase. It’s been about 19 days since I ordered. I sent an enquiry to which I received no response and I’m still waiting on my order. It’s frankly quite rubbish experience.

Took 6 months to send me my order with no reply in email inquiries. I requested to not have certain brands, this request was not meant. When purchasing, I was promised a Carhartt piece, there was nothing on arrival. And when the order finally came, not only did I not receive any pants or any Carhartt pieces, I only received half my order. This is an absolute waste of money, time and a complete lie.

Love the way this company does things compared to others, and just the surprise of what you can get is awesome!

I dont often complain about clothes but when i tell you first of all i spent 200 euros to get the least amount of clothes, okay i get unlucky with the draw but when i am promised free carrhartt on the website and that isnt provided thats a problem i wouldnt have had a problem with a carharrt and bad clothes but when i get the least amount of clothes, no carharrt and the clothed i get are the most unwearable and horrible clothes not even my 12 year old self would wear like this is dragging it absolute 0 value for money i did get a very very old and used north face hoodie and a complementary ralph lauren har with a chinese tag these are the only 2 decent things i got, what is promoted and shown is nothing what you actually get and the fact im writing a review in the first place says enough in itself
