The 36 shoed are too small

The 36 shoed are too small, I called as soon as I got the shoes and
I tried to get 36.5. As as an exchange these shoes ran small
Your Custmer service was not good and would not grant my request
There is no one to talk to , all corespondents
Are via email only ???!
There were no notes that these shoes ran small and recommended a 1/2 size larger

All my designer shoes are 36 and are perfect fit .
I would not to buying any other items from your website as I basically lost 365 dollars
First your Info a do lot of shopping and you lost a good Custmer .
Not a fair place to shop.

The order was incorrect

The order was very delayed. When it arrived the pants were not as described as far as color, and the sizing was off by 4 inches. So, pretty much a fail.

It was exactly what I wanted

It was exactly what I wanted, which was ballet flats from Lauren Ralph Lauren. However, I paid $18 to have it delivered in 2 days and it took a week. That didn't make me happy.

Faster service than an F1 pit stop!

Lots of communication and service were excellent. Delivery was as fast as an F1 pitstop. Not mentioned, the clothing item was in perfect condition.

Price was good

Incredibly on top of the communication

Incredibly on top of the communication. They have been great throughout the whole ordering process. I was even given a mini refund due to miscommunication. My coat said no duty/fees at checkout but then I received an email saying there would be a fee. The entire Editorialist team (and I emailed with several people) were very efficient and helpful. Pleasantly surprised and will definitely shop with them again.

Shoes run small, not large as stated

I hadn’t noticed the shoes were final sale. The reviews I found for those Lemaire shoes said they tend to run large and buyers should consider sizing down if they wear half sizes. I stuck with my regular size 43 and they actually run small. Much less room than a normal 43. I wish I had known that before purchasing. I like the shoes but I need orthotics for a foot problem and these are too small to fit them which means I’ll only be able to wear them on occasions where there’s not much standing or walking involved. In any case, the reviews were misleading.
