I've ordered a Beef Wellington from Edinburgh Food delivery a couple of times now and it was delivered to me as promised and with ease, it cooked perfectly and it tasted absolutely scrumptiously! It's a premium but wonderful product which all my guests and I find delicious!

A Scam!
I ordered two bottles of strawberry syrup over 10 days ago and no sign of the order. They don't answer e mails or calls. What they don't know is that I have a friend who lives along the road from them so I shall be asking him to pay a call.

Disappointing service
I ordered a frozen turkey for our Easter meal to be delivered today. They confirmed the order and delivery date. I heard nothing more and e-mailed this morning to ask if my order was coming-they replied apologising and said that the butcher hadn't delivered any turkeys today and they don't know why. Probably because it's Easter and they're busy!! If I had known this company didn't keep items in stock I wouldn't have ordered from them. They are refunding me.

Website availability inaccurate and customer service doesn't deliver
I placed an order for multiple items and half the order was for 6 x one item and amounted to half the overall cost. This item was the reason I placed the order in the first place as the other items I could have sourced in the supermarket or Amazon. The order was dispatched without the main item - saying it was out if stock even though it was still available on their website. I had no message prior to dispatch as if I had I would have cancelled the entire order. £5 delivery on £16.50 worth of remaining items just wasn't worth it. I rang customer service - who were really helpful at the time and they said they were awaiting delivery of more stock and would dispatch the 6 x the main item without any additional P&P. I was happy with this - but suggested a quick email or text in future to explain the problem when most of the cost of the order was unavailable would have helped. Fast forward to the 16th March and I was sent an email with a refund notification and the ordered items were not going to be sent. They are still available on the website - but the cost has now gone up. I have ordered from this company before (more than once) - but now have no confidence in their website stock levels or their customer service.

Beware deliveries outside EH
Recently enjoy their haggis bon bons. The neighbours also got to enjoy too as our ‘frozen” bulk delivery arrived defrosted. Perhaps the name of the company is well chosen as our further afield delivery did not work out as described.

This is an unethical company - mis-selling products
It says a jar of a product is 425g, but delivers 250mls. So they are over stating the size, by adding on the weight of the glass. Seriously!
